Abstract

The case of Villa Clarín, a community that originated from forced displacement in the village of Palermo (Magdalena, Colombia), presents us with a complicated and revealing analysis of the evolutions, tensions and conflicts that underlie the development, culture and poverty of communities with the highest rates of vulnerability.
