A case of application of dialogic didactics for the research training of sociology students

This is a work done with students of Sociology in the
subject of seminar of degree work 1. Several purposes were achieved: 1) A reading comprehension exercise of three scientific articles was carried out, using the Saber Pro questions as an interpretation tool; 2)
Students took sociological ownership of the topic,
socializing their position on what they read, as a
discussion technique of PAR; 3) Students wrote essays in the form of short articles, as evidence of scientific writing; 4) the teacher used artificial intelligence to process and synthesize 135 questions developed by students, integrate all the essays, and methodologically develop the research with its results. At the end of the work, an instrument was applied to evaluate the reading comprehension of the whole group, whose
average was 4.2, which should be validated with
the subsequent application of rubrics to measure
reading comprehension and writing quality. As a result, it can be established that the group is above the reading comprehension of Sociology students of the Universidad Popular del Cesar, registered in previous
research, although it is evident that there was no
previous evaluation of this same group, which could be
suggesting that the advances are due to the application of didactics. The second result is that students are undertaking case studies similar to that of Villa Clarín and this work constitutes a support for the research process, which could be continued next semester in the work seminar 2 course.
