THE DECALOGUE OF THE PROACTIVE EXECUTIVE IN FAMILY BUSINESSES AND ITS 7 SENSES

Introduction: The businessman usually needs to hire experts to watch his “back”, he hires the “best”, the
“most studied”, that is why the proactive executive is an alchemy between his “worst” teachers and his
“best” practices. What he studied and practiced and a series of potentialities, skills and competencies that
have forged the personality of the manager. Historically we know how the 5 senses work, but neuroscience
speaks of many others. All of these, when used efficiently, are at the service of companies and organizations in the enigmatic universe that is business. The objective is that the worker is apt to exercise positions in the work environment. The results of this study through the analysis of the brain-gut axis represent an interesting process to know in the work of the executive. When the executive uses his senses assertively and applies them in a series of professional skills that employers are looking for. The methodology is the application of the decalogue in such a way that the businessman foresees the training and effective training where in a calendarized way and according to the needs of the human capital as conclusions it is considered fundamental the opportune follow-up and the qualitative and quantitative evaluation by fiscal year to conform strategies of human capital.
