Archiving policy

Our OJS is compatible with the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS system in order to conserve, restore, preserve and distribute data. LOCKSS is a system that ensures and guarantees the long-term digital integrity of information, it also allows repositories to collect new published content and archive it. Each archive is continuously validated against records from other repositories, so that any damaged or lost content can be restored by drawing on those records.

Similarly, Sapiendus , as a preventive measure in case of system failures or discontinuity in publications, the institutional library keeps a restricted copy of the documents; a copy, aimed at perpetuity over time.
